  TECHNICAL HELPDESK SUPPORT

TouchPoint Payments offer a Technical Support desk for merchants to contact in the event of technical problems with the
EFTPoS Terminal. Our support team is highly trained to address issues through a diagnostic process which is linked to the terminal's last Diagnostic report. With this approach, most technical issues can be resolved telephonically.
This further reduces cost of ownership by limiting on-site visits for repairs.
  ON-SITE FIELD SUPPORT

In the event of a problem not being resolved by the Technical Helpdesk,
